During this Mother’s Day meditation, guided by Lobsang Tenpa, we will explore the interrelated qualities of compassion and generosity—both different facets of our inherent ability to care. The first part will take us through the process of cognitive training in compassion, cultivating habits of benevolent thinking and emoting. After that, we will proceed to a meditation on radical generosity, exploring the different ways in which can give to the world and other beings in it.
