Cultivating Emotional Balance is a comprehensive training method centered around the exploration of our emotional landscape and using its energy to support greater wellbeing—essentially, a greater sense of happiness, meaning and joy in the midst of our turbulent times.
In this free introductory session led by Dr. Eve Ekman and Venerable Lobsang Tenpa, we will explore the basics of the science of emotions and take a close look at how working with our emotional energy can allow for both greater wellbeing and better service to others.
