Hosted by the Tibet House US
Wednesday, June 25th
5:00pm - 5:45pm EST
This Pride Month community meditation, open to all queer practitioners and allies alike, is an invitation to celebrate the qualities that lie at the core of our hearts: our fundamental ability to care and be open to each other and our ability to oppose the causes of suffering in order to bring ease and meaningful transformation.
The forty-minute session will be divided into two meditations, one primarily focused on reconnecting to the fundamental quality of tenderness (Tib. tsewa) and one focused on the cultivation of resolute compassion that allows us to be persistent in our transformative work aimed at creating a more peaceful, just, and kind world.
All the proceeds from this session are offered to the Trevor Project in support of endangered LGBTQ+ youth.
